Introduction

These stories and talks have come into our hands from members of the family. They were written over the period of Ruth's lifetime, beginning (as far as is known) with the fictional account of "The White Papoose", which was submitted as a story for a high school assignment. Appreciation is expressed to LaRue Barrus Gee and Kristin Gee Miller who prepared the material for computer presentation.
